·         Received PRESIDENT OF INDIA’S PRIZE for 2004 from Institution of Engineers (India) for the best paper published in Journal of Institution of Engineers.

·         Selected for RASHTRIYA GAURAV AWARD for the year 2004 from India International Friendship Society.

·         Received ISNT AWARD for the best technical paper in Industrial Application published in JNDE, the official Journal of ISNT for the year 2004.

·         Awarded INSA Fellowship to study FEM applied to weldments for two months at IIT, Madras during from 11-10-1999 to 10-12-1999.

·         Awarded FIRST PRIZE consecutively in Metallographic Contests during Metallurgist’s Day conducted by IIM at i) Hyderabad during Nov. 1993 & ii) Vizag during November, 1994.
